I'm Teodor Mamelund — a Norwegian hybrid athlete combining competitive endurance running with serious strength training. My goal is to build a complete athletic body — one that is both powerful in the gym and capable over long distances.
In 2025 I ran my first marathon at age 15, finishing in 3:03:57 — just minutes from sub-3. This year, my main focus shifts to building muscle mass and developing serious strength alongside my running. I train with structure and intention, not just volume.
