I'm Teodor Mamelund — a Norwegian endurance athlete with a deep commitment to long-term athletic development. My training philosophy is built on consistency, discipline, and building a strong foundation across both endurance and strength.
My focus is competitive distance running from 5K to ultramarathon, supported by structured strength training to build resilience and longevity. I believe performance is earned through sustained effort, not shortcuts.
